The new G3.140WS Smart Balancing System produces the best result in the shortest time possible. After the operator mounts the wheel on the spindle, he or she pulls out the data entry arm to tell the machine to enter 1 or 2 stick-on weight planes. If hammer-on weights are desired, the process is even shorter. One motion of the data arm to the weight placement on the internal lip of the wheel is selected, closing the hood automatically enters the width of the rim for the outside hammer-on weight location and starts the short spin cycle automatically.
This is how quickly and intuitively the process gets started. After the result of the spin cycle is visible on the large video monitor the operator can attach the wheel weights. The balancer stops at the weight locations for outer and inner plane.
If outfitted with the Run-Out/eccentricity sonar device, it becomes a complete diagnostic balancer capable of measuring tire and wheel run-out condition.
High end features include laser blade, LED lighting of wheel interior, ECO weight program to eliminate 2 stick-on weight planes and combine it to one stick-on weight placement, inner data entry arm functions as eccentricity measuring device of the rim, and much more.
Why a Diagnostic Balancer?
If equipped with the Sonar Eccentricity/Run-Out device, we can detect an out-of round tire immediately which could lead otherwise to a "customer come-back" or a "bad GOOGLE review".
Every time the balancer spins a wheel the machine measures with the Sonar the high and the low spot or the roundness of the tire and rim. If the tire/rim combination shows to much run-out, it will feel like a vibration to the customer, like an unbalanced or poorly balanced wheel.The problem of the out-of -roundness or vibration of the tire/rim can now be diagnosed. Using the data entry arm of the balancer we can find the high and low spot of the rim, than take the high spot of the tire and put it to the low spot of the rim to make the tire/rim combination as "round " as possible. Reducing the out-of-roundness will minimize the vibration, before the wheel actually is balanced. Add the SONAR/Eccentricity measuring device for our special price of $1,295.00
